		<description>I don't disagree with the concept for the generalization. Yes, changing speeds burns more fuel. No, changing lanes does not have to cause this. If you stay in one lane and keep adjusting your speed with indecisive guy in front of you. You are likely to burn more fuel this way than someone with foresight who maintains a constant speed by changing lanes when they realize the person in front of them is indecisive or whatever. Maybe better to say "reckless" driving or inconsistent speed or quick accelating. Thank-you.</description>
